Gas Tight Ripening Room Doors

Our ripening rooms doors are a bespoke design to cater for the requirements of pressurised ripening. Each ripening room door is designed to ensure minimal gas leakage and is available in a range of colours all of which include the following features:

• Internal door release
• Bottom edge pressure operated safety stop
• Cable break electrical safety stop
• Spring break mechanical and electrical safety stop
• Vision panel with emergency knock out panel

Each of the ripening room doors is offered with our unique door protection system, manufactured from heavy gauge recycled plastic. This system proves extremely durable in operation with no maintenance required unlike painted systems. Protection can be either goal post protection which protect the door perimeter or single fixed bollards.
