Cooling Coils

Cooling coils and fans are accessible via a single access hatch located above or at the end of the plenum chamber at roof level. The fully illuminated ceiling void provides easy access to cooling coils which, for efficiency and hygiene purposes, must be inspected at regular intervals. The simplicity of access ensures that this operation can be carried out with the minimum of fuss and no disruption to activities below in the production environment.

Manufactured from marine grade NS4 aluminium casing with copper coils and aluminium fins, the coils have an exceptionally large surface area to ensure high natural humidity levels are achieved within the rooms.

Electric heater elements that easily accessible and provide necessary heating to the rooms when required.

Each cooling coil is fitted with a sloping drain tray, which again is manufactured using marine grade aluminium. Further protection of the tray is provided by treating the internal section of the tray with a powder coated paint finish.
